The store assisted me over the Phone trying to source a pod for my vape and calling other vape shops to find out if they might have.

This is an amazing place. We bought our first Vapes there, and it's our one-stop shop for all our vaping needs. The staff (soutie) and the owners are very friendly and very informative. They educated us on what the best would be for us as newbie Vapers. They really go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you

Finally found a great vape shop near me. Been looking for a decent Vape shop in Rooihuiskraal for ages, so glad I found Vape Vent. We have place an order in advance and they were willing to keep it till then. We use to go to big vendors due to mistrust in service but the personal service we have received and not needing to settle for what's available was truly wonderful. You can also order specific colors and products from vendors but they make you wait for bigger batch orders. Vape vent has ordered our individual products and have given us all the all the options available and to top it the price was even better than it would have been. Thank you for the exceptional service. See you again next month!
